Our family hand inspects each and every Nero Ball that we ship out and sometimes there are small defects and imperfections that appear on the balls. We do not sell these balls in our shop or on Amazon because our customers deserve the highest quality. 

We have two classifications of balls that we hold back, visually imperfect or physically imperfect (see photos). 

Visual: These balls have smudged or smeared logos, dark spots in the rubber or no logo at all! These balls are physically fine we culled them because of their appearance, not the quality. These are perfect for a working dog handler that wants to save money and not care about the appearance. 

Physical: These balls have minor cracks or chips in the rubber and although they are still perfect to use they do have some physical deformities and markings in the rubber that we have decided to sell for an even cheaper rate. These are perfect for kennels or animal shelters.
